* WHAT...Very cold wind chills of 0 to 10 below zero expected with
air temperatures dropping to around 0.
* WHERE...Bath, Elliott, Fleming, Montgomery, and Rowan Counties.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 10 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
Instruction:
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
