For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts of 45 to 55 mph expected. * WHERE...Carbon and Monroe Counties. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST this morning. For the Wind Advisory, until 1 AM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
