* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 34 expected.
* WHERE...DeSoto, Hardee, Inland Hillsborough, Inland Manatee,
Inland Pasco, Inland Sarasota, and Polk Counties.
* WHEN...From 4 AM to 8 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.
Instruction:
Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.
