* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 30 below expected. * WHERE...Daniels, Northern Phillips, Northern Valley, and Sheridan Counties. * WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 11 AM MST Thursday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, midnight tonight through noon MST Thursday. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power bumps. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
Instruction: 
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills inside. Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must drive.
