* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 to 20 below expected.
* WHERE...In Massachusetts Berkshire Berkshire County. In New York,
portions of the eastern Catskills and Helderbergs, including
Schoharie, Western Albany, Western Greene, and Western Ulster
Counties.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Instruction:
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
