Description:
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 25 below expected.
* WHERE...Northern Fulton and Northern Herkimer Counties.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
can result in frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30
minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures.
Instruction:
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
