* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, visibility less than a half mile in dense freezing fog. For the High Wind Warning, southwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 75 mph expected. * WHERE...Cascade County below 5000ft and Judith Basin County and Judith Gap. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 PM MST this evening. For the High Wind Warning, from 5 AM Wednesday to midnight MST Wednesday Night. * IMPACTS...Expect variable driving conditions this evening, including low visibility and slippery roadways. High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult to dangerous, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light freezing drizzle and or mist this evening may cause exposed surfaces such as roads and sidewalks to become slippery.
Instruction: 
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you. People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around or damaged by the wind. Remember, a High Wind Warning means that there is at least an 80% chance of 40 mph sustained winds or 58 mph wind gusts occurring during the warning period.
