* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and south central
Nebraska.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM CST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing fog will also be a concern
overnight, potentially resulting in slippery conditions,
especially on elevated and untreated surfaces.
