* WHERE...Portions of southwest Minnesota and east central and
southeast South Dakota.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional fog is expected to develop after
sunset, and will likely become dense through Christmas morning.
Instruction:
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
