* WHAT...Visibility down to or less than one quarter mile in dense
fog.
* WHERE...Chaves County Plains.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM MST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Webcams showed the lowest visibility along
the Pecos River, impacting travel along U.S. Highways 70 and 380
east of Roswell, and perhaps Dexter and Hagerman as well.
Instruction:
If driving, slow down, use your lowbeam headlights, and leave plenty
of distance ahead of you.
