* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fog is actively developing in the nearshore
waters according to webcams. Additional development is likely to
continue through the evening into the night.
Instruction:
If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
your radar and compass.
