Kit Carson County in east central Colorado...
* Until 615 PM MDT.
* At 444 PM MDT, an area of blowing dust was moving with
thunderstorm outflow along a line extending from 5 miles northeast
of Boyero to 12 miles southwest of Kit Carson, moving northeast at
50 mph.
HAZARD...Less than one half mile visibility.
SOURCE...Doppler radar.
IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 390 and 449.
Highway 385 between mile markers 137 and 206, and near mile marker
211.
Locations impacted include...
Burlington, Cheyenne Wells, Stratton, Flagler, Seibert, Bethune, and
Kit Carson.
Instruction:
Blowing dust can be unhealthy and has been known to lead to Valley
Fever. Avoid outdoor exposure.
Motorists should not drive into an area of blowing dust. PULL ASIDE
STAY ALIVE!
