Southeastern Spokane County in northeastern Washington... * Until 530 PM PDT. * At 334 PM PDT, a dust channel was 11 miles south of Plummer, or 15 miles southwest of St. Maries, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Less than one half mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. * This includes U.S. Highway 95 in Idaho between mile markers 360 and 413. Locations impacted include...
