* At 811 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
9 and 15 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding will continue
as it will take some time for this water to run off.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
