* Until 830 AM CDT Tuesday.
* At 132 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5
inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1
inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly. Persons along Wahoo Creek should remain
alert to rapid rises along the creek and take action as necessary.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Wahoo, Waverly, Ashland, Yutan, Ceresco, Valparaiso, Mead,
Greenwood, Malcolm, Weston, Murdock, Garland, Raymond, Davey,
Ithaca, Malmo, Memphis, South Bend, Lake Wanahoo Recreation Area
and Memphis State Recreation Area.
Travel is not recommended in the warning area.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
