Western Cumberland County in central North Carolina...
* Until 630 PM EDT.
* At 232 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 2.5 inches of
rain have fallen over the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts
of 2 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.
