Sampson County in central North Carolina...
* Until 1230 AM EDT.
* At 926 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain
across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible
in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Moderate to heavy
rain producing flash flooding.
SOURCE...Radar.
IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Fayetteville, Clinton, Fort Liberty, Harrells, Godwin, Pope AFB,
Hope Mills, Spring Lake, Eastover, Roseboro, Stedman, Garland,

and Bushy Lake Natural Area.
Instruction:
