Description:
At 956 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that moderate to sometimes
heavy rain continues to pass across the warned area, with rainfall
rates of 1 to 1.5 inches falling in 1 hour. Between 2.5 and 3.5
inches of rain have fallen since early evening. Additional rainfall
amounts of 1.5 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
