At 317 AM EDT, Local law enforcement reported flash flooding at the intersection of Golden Leaf and Tobacco Road 3 miles east of Cody. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen since late Monday evening. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Bethel... Ingram... Milton... Elmo... Leda... Semora... Cody... This includes the following streams and drainages... Banister River, Barker Creek, Big Toby Creek, Allen Creek, Ballous Creek and Birch Creek.
