Description: 
At 901 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing, with some affecting portions of Calle Font Martelo, Avenida Boulevard, Calle Antonio Lopez, and many other local roads and streets. Emergency managers also reported one rescue in Centro Gubernamental de Humacao, as well as students from Rufino Vivo Elementary School forced to move to a second floor due to rapidly increasing flood waters. Various autos reported submerged across town. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar.
