Eastern Johnson County in north central Texas... * Until 730 PM CST. * At 558 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Cedar Hill, Waxahachie, Midlothian, Glenn Heights, Red Oak, Alvarado, Ovilla, Venus, Itasca, Grandview, Oak Leaf, Maypearl, Covington, Carl's Corner, Parker, Griffith, Five Points and Lovelace.
