* At 816 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms
building into western Arkansas from Oklahoma. Precipitation is
expected to arrive and then remain nearly stationary for several
hours. Much of the warned area has received 3 to more than 6
inches of rain since Sunday, and another 2 to more than 3 inches
of precipitation is expected. Given this, flash flooding is likely
to occur.
