Description: 
At 933 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms building into western Arkansas from Oklahoma. Heavy rain is occurring from Harrison and Jasper to just northwest of Clarksville and also west of Waldron. These locations have already received 3 to more than 6 inches of rain since Sunday. At Harrison, photos from a trained spotter show flooding around several buildings in town, and area creeks are running high. Rain will stall over the western counties into the early morning hours of Tuesday. This will likely lead to considerable flash flooding in places, including road closures, washed out roads, and water into homes and businesses. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
