* Until 230 AM CST.
* At 942 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Ava, Theodosia, Wasola, Sundown, Rome, Thornfield, Brownbranch,
Squires, Long Run, Noble, Goodhope, Rueter, Protem, Brushyknob and
Bull Shoals Lake.

Little North Fork at Haskins Ford Road, Cowskin Creek at Highway
Y, Pond Fork at County Road 883, Little North Fork River at County
Road 916, Beaver Creek at County Road 524, Bryant Creek at County
Road 223 and Bryant Creek at Highway U.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Many flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
