Description:
At 1109 PM CST, Doppler radar continues to indicate showers and
thunderstorms and areas of heavy rain over western Arkansas.
Precipitation is affecting locations mainly northwest of Mountain
Home, Russellville, and Mount Ida. Many spots in the Ozark and
Ouachita Mountains have received 3 to more than 6 inches of rain
since Sunday. So far on Monday, Harrison got just over 7 inches of
rain, breaking the all-time one day rainfall record of 5.70 inches
