At 341 AM CST, Local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Fenton and High Ridge, with mobile home evacuations underway. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Arnold, Eureka, Pacific, Hillsboro, Byrnes Mill, Potosi, Cedar Hill, Antonia, High Ridge, Murphy, Oakville, Cedar Hill Lakes, Dittmer, Richwoods, Lonedell, Old Mines, House Springs, Scotsdale, Parkdale and Fletcher. This includes the following State Parks... Washington State Park and Sandy Creek Covered Bridge Historic Site. This includes the following highways... Interstate 44 in Missouri near exit 257.
