* At 538 AM CST, local law enforcement reported flash flooding from
heavy rainfall at many locations across northern Jefferson County.
Additional rainfall will contribute to continued flooding.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
