Description:
At 700 AM CST, gauge reports indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...gauge reports indicated flooding is occurring across the
warned area from heavy rainfall that has fallen.
Numerous low water crossings are flooded across the
warned area.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

West Plains, Salem, Mountain View, Willow Springs, Winona,
Gainesville, Birch Tree, Eminence, Summersville, Bunker,
Raymondville, Bakersfield, Pomona, Theodosia, South Fork, Pontiac,
Brandsville, Montier, Sundown, Arroll, Pine Crest, Clear Springs,
Teresita, Eunice, Peace Valley, Hartshorn, Yukon, White Church,
Alley Spring, Akers, Montauk, West Eminence, Round Spring, Siloam
Springs, Jadwin, Darien, Pottersville, Gladden, Dora and Turtle.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Many flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
