Southwestern Sumter County in central South Carolina... * Until 530 AM EST. * At 354 AM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain falling across the warned area. Between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
