Description:
At 643 AM EST, radar and automated rain gauges continue to indicate
between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen since midnight. Even
though the heavy rain has ended, larger creeks and streams will
continue to see rises. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

McRae, Helena, Milan, Scotland, Chauncey, Achord, Jay Bird
Springs, Little Ocmulgee State Park, Workmore and Godwinsville.
