* Until 115 PM PST.
* At 914 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain over the Tehama
County Division of the Park Fire Burn Scar. Between 0.5 and 1 inch
of rain has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1.5
inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
Excessive rainfall over the burn scar may result in debris flows.
The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose
materials.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
flash flooding in and around the Tehama County
Division of the Park Fire Burn Scar.
