Doppler radar estimates up to 2 inches of rain have fallen in the past 3 hours... and upstream showers and storms are showing rainfall rates up to 3 inches per hour at times. Given the already saturated grounds across the warned area, flash flooding will possibly begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar.
