Eastern Tarrant County in north central Texas... * Until 230 PM CST. * At 1139 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimates up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen in the past hour with rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible through early afternoon. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar.
