* Flash Flood Warning for...
Southern Baldwin County in southwestern Alabama...
* Until 130 AM CST.
* At 1036 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen with additional heavy rain moving into the area over
the next hour. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Daphne, Fairhope, Robertsdale, Point Clear, Loxley, Summerdale,
Silverhill, Rosinton, Steelwood, Belforest, Malbis, Clay City,
Elsanor, Montrose, Gateswood, Bridgehead and Battles Wharf.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
