* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following county,
Crittenden, North Mississippi, including the following county,
DeSoto, and West Tennessee, including the following county, Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 530 PM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 438 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Bartlett, Southaven, Collierville, Germantown, Olive Branch,
West Memphis, Horn Lake, Hernando, Millington, Cordova, T O
Fuller State Park, Memphis, Lakeland, Arlington, Walls,
Midtown Memphis, Southeast Memphis, Frayser, Downtown Memphis
and Whitehaven.
