* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin and Union. In west central Ohio, Champaign, Darke, Logan and Shelby. * WHEN...Until 500 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 150 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Columbus, Dublin, Westerville, Reynoldsburg, Grove City, Delaware, Upper Arlington, Gahanna, Hilliard, Marysville, Sidney, Worthington, Bellefontaine, Greenville, Bexley, Urbana, Powell, Canal Winchester, Groveport and Sunbury.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
