* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Nebraska, including the following
county, Custer.
* WHEN...Until 1030 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 730 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Ansley, Mason City, Intersection of Highway 183 and Cumro
Road, Block Hill Basin, Gavin Siding, Cumro, Buckeye and Burr
Oak.

Instruction:
