* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Florida, including the following counties, Duval and Nassau. * WHEN...Until 100 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1058 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated areas of heavy rain moving across the advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but only a few additional showers are possible during the advisory period. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
