* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southern Lee and Harnett Counties. * WHEN...Until 1230 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 925 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms and have resulted in between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain in the past 6 hours. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sanford, Lillington, Angier, Coats, Broadway, Raven Rock State Park, Seminole, Pineview, Buies Creek, Olivia, Lemon Springs and Tramway.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
