* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Wake County. * WHEN...Until 215 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1015 AM EDT, Between 0.5 to 1.5 inches of rain has fallen from prior heavy rain showers. Doppler radar indicates another area of heavy rain will move into the area within the next hour. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the advisory area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Wake Forest, Garner, Fuquay-Varina, Zebulon, RDU International, Apex, Holly Springs, Morrisville, Knightdale, Wendell, Rolesville, Lake Wheeler, William B Umstead State Park, Lake Benson, Research Triangle and Carpenter.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
