* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Wake County. * WHEN...Until 215 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1238 PM EDT, Moderate to heavy rain has briefly ended, but doppler radar indicates another area of moderate to heavy rain will move into the area over the next hour. This will continue to risk for urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Wake Forest, Garner, Fuquay-Varina, Zebulon, RDU International, Apex, Holly Springs, Morrisville, Knightdale, Wendell, Rolesville, Lake Wheeler, William B Umstead State Park, Lake Benson, Falls Lake Boat Ramp, Research Triangle and Carpenter.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
