* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Florida, including the following county, Duval. * WHEN...Until 730 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 433 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas may cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to 1.0 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1.0 to 2.0 inches are expected over the area. This additional rainfall is expected to result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
