* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of south Texas, including the following
counties, Duval and Webb.
* WHEN...Until 245 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other
areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 129 PM CDT, The heaviest rain has shifted to the east,
though some lingering light to moderate rain is still
possible. Up to 3 inches has already fallen in this area.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Laredo, Rio Bravo, El Cenizo, Aguilares, Ranchitos Las Lomas,
Mirando City, Oilton, Texas A&M, United South High School,
Laredo International Airport, Laredo Country Club, St
Augustine High School South Laredo, Doctors Hospital Of
Laredo, Unitec Industrial Park, Orvil, Bruni, Laredo
Community College, Botines, Ranchos Penitas West and Columbia
Bridge.
