* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of Deep South Texas, including the following
county, Hidalgo.
* WHEN...Until 745 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 439 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the
advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, San Juan, Alamo, Donna, Palmview,
Palmhurst, North McAllen, South McAllen, Sharyland, Alton,
Edinburg Regional Medical Center, Cornerstone Regional
Medical Center, Edinburg Municipal Golf Course, Bicentennial
Park, Cats Stadium, Lee Elementary School, Escandon
Elementary School and University Of Texas Pan American.
