Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of Deep South Texas, including the following
county, Hidalgo.
* WHEN...Until 815 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 517 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Pharr, Harlingen, Weslaco, San Juan, Alamo, Donna, Mercedes,
Hidalgo, Progreso, South McAllen, North McAllen, A.p. Solis
Middle School, Donna Public Library, Donna Police Department,
Donna City Hall, Scissors, South Alamo, Donna High School,
Midway South and Midway North.
