* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Florida, including the following counties, Southeast Broward and northeast Miami-Dade. * WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 542 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow moving thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen during the last hour. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area with the slow moving thunderstorms. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. If rainfall amounts increase more than forecast, then a Flash Flood Warning may be needed for this area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hialeah, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Miramar, Davie, Miami Beach, Surfside, Miami Gardens, Hallandale, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Aventura, Dania Beach, Miami Lakes, Cooper City, Sunny Isles Beach, Opa-Locka, West Park, Miami Shores and Hard Rock Stadium. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
