* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Florida, including the following county, Palm Beach. * WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 554 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow moving thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen from the thunderstorms during the last hour. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area with the slow moving thunderstorms during the next couple of hours. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. If the rainfall amounts increase more than forecast, then a Flash Flood Warning may be needed for this area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
