Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Florida, including the following
counties, Southeast Broward and northeast Miami-Dade.
* WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 614 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain between 2
and 4 inches of rain have fallen from the early
thunderstorms. This amount of rainfall will take sometime to
drain away. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional
rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Hialeah, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Miramar, Davie, Miami
Beach, Surfside, Miami Gardens, Hallandale, North Miami,
North Miami Beach, Aventura, Dania Beach, Miami Lakes, Cooper
City, Sunny Isles Beach, Opa-Locka, West Park, Miami Shores
and Hard Rock Stadium.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
