* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of central and north central Montana, including the following counties, in central Montana, Cascade, Fergus, Judith Basin and Meagher. In north central Montana, Blaine, Chouteau and Hill. * WHEN...Until noon MDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 619 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to excessive rain. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lewistown, Fort Benton, Big Sandy, Stanford, Belt, Geraldine, Denton, Hobson, Winifred, Moore, Grass Range, St. Pierre, Parker School, Agency, Sangrey, Boneau, Azure, Geyser, Box Elder and Roy. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
