River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 213 AM MDT, Minor flooding, including ponding of water in low-laying areas and locations with poor drainage and surface water hazards near some roadways have been observed in the advisory area and may persist into this morning. - Scattered showers may produce additional rainfall amounts up to 0.1 inches early this morning. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
